Information we use

We collect account and contact details, job preferences, résumé files and profile information you provide, support messages, employer company and hiring details, and payment status. We also receive device, browser, usage, and security information. Stripe processes card and billing details; we do not store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, review and improve your résumé, support profile promotion and employer discovery, process payments, review employer access requests, respond to requests, and protect the service. We may use AI-assisted tools to help with résumé and profile improvements. Please check suggested changes for accuracy.

Who receives information

We use providers including Supabase and Vercel for hosting and account services, Resend for account emails, and Stripe for payments. Your submitted professional profile may be shared with employers and recruiters as part of the service. Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies support sign-in, security, and checkout. Google Analytics measures visits, signup clicks, confirmed signups, checkout starts, and payments. Meta measures visits, signups, checkout starts, and payments using event details, browser identifiers, IP addresses, and device information. Our measurement events exclude résumé and profile content.

Optional measurement is currently on by default unless you turn it off or your browser sends a supported privacy signal. Use Cookie settings to change your choices. Deny stops future optional measurement; it does not erase information already received by providers. Browser preferences last up to 180 days.

Your choices

You can edit your profile in the portal. Use our contact form to request access, correction, deletion, or help with privacy. We may need to verify your identity. For verified account closures, we remove active profile and résumé data within 30 days. Unattached uploads are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours, and resolved support requests are removed after 12 months. Closed employer access requests are removed after 12 months. We retain limited payment records as required for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Provider backups may retain data for their normal backup periods.

We may update this policy as our service changes. The date above shows the latest version.
